TalkCoffeeTo.me is a remote-friendly meeting facilitation tool that follows the idea of a lean coffee discussion. A known facilitator runs a lean coffee discussion for anonymous or known participants along side video or voice conferencing. The facilitator has controls for managing the flow of the conversation and interactions with participants, topics, and their comments and takeaways.

TalkCoffeeTo.me is a SaaS app written in Elixir with the Phoenix framework. It uses Phoenix LiveView for soft real-time event broadcasting and handling for board changes, topic changes, topic voting, and other interactions. It includes an Admininistration interface, user sign-ups and management, product updates and feedback, teams with invites, and sharing permissions. TalkCoffeeTo.me is hosted in a Kubernetes cluster with distributed Erlang for high availability and multinode process sharing with OTP.
