Heya!

I'm Eric. I'm a software engineer out of Ohio. I'm lucky to be a dad to some wonderful kids and a husband to an amazing wife.

I'm in deep with Elixir, with most of my projects using Phoenix, LiveView, Ecto, and Oban. I'm a recovering Rails and Hotwire dev, and I'm pushing myself to learn more React and Nextjs. Previously, SRE and security were hot on my mind. Board games, TTRPGs, and coffee are my jam. Not literally. Well, not yet.

This blog is just me, learning new tech and (often old) ideas, sharing things I've experienced, and tinkering with AI.
